Low fat milk

Ghee

Butter
Instructions
Lightly fry tofu in ghee.
Put the fried tofu in curd and keep aside.
Fry onions, capsicum, green chilly and ginger.
Add masala powders.
Add tomato and a little milk.
Boil over low heat.
Add the tofu and curd and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Add butter for taste to the curry.
Remove from fire.
