Pressure cook the leg pieces by adding 3 cups of water upto 10 whistles.
Heat oil in a pot.
Add all the spices and wait until the nice smell comes out.
Add onion and fry, until golden brown.
Add green chillies and coriander leaves.
When it`s done, add ginger-garlic paste and saute, until golden brown.
Add salt followed by turmeric powder.
Add tomatoes and bring flame to medium-low and fry, until oil seperates.
Make a paste of all the powders and add it to the above mixture.
Add 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to boil on a medium flame.
When the raw smell leaves, add the cooked leg bone pieces.
Bring the flame to medium-low and allow to cook on all sides for atleast 30 - 40 mins.
Add some coriander leaves to the Paya Soup Curry.
:- Serve Paya Soup hot with roti, chappathi, parotta and idiyappam.
