Yoghurt/Curd
Oil for deep frying
For seasoning:-

Mustard seeds

chopped, Kunjulli

Dry red chilies
broken tinto 2 - 3 pieces, Kollamulaku
Instructions
Marinate the bitter gourd pieces with the above mentioned ingredients and keep it for 20 - 30 mins.
Fry them, until light brown and crisp.
Place it on a newspaper or a kitchen tissue inorder to remove excess oil.
Add the fried bitter gourd pieces to yoghurt.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustards seeds.
Add small onions and red chillies and sautT for sometime.
Add this seasoning to the bitter gourd mixture and mix well.
:- Serve with hot rice
