North Indian Simple Paalak Paneer

Ingredients
  

  • Spinach A bunch, Paalak
  • 200 gm Fresh paneer
  • 4 - Green chillies chopped into small pieces
  • 1 no Onion big
  • Cumin seeds A little, Jeerakam
  • olive oil A little
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Steam paalak for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Fry paneer cubes, till the edges become golden. Keep it aside.
  • Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chillies, till it become transluscent.
  • Add this mixture to steamed paalak.
  • Grind them together with water.
  • Add salt.
  • Pour this mixture into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Slip in the fried paneer cubes into it.
  • Microwave this for 4 mins.
  • :- Serve hot with chappathis.
