cut into thin long pieces

Coconut milk

Curry leaves

Coconut oil
Instructions
Cook vanpayar(vellapayar) with salt and keep aside.
Peel and cut pumpkin into flat 1 inch square pieces.
Boil the pumpkin pieces along with green chillies, ginger and salt.
Add the cooked vanpyar and boil for a while.
Once cooked, add coconut milk.
Garnish with curry leaves and coconut oil.
:- Serve hot.
:- It can even be served as a thick soup by smashing the pumpkin and adding extra water.
