Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add bay leaves, black and green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds.
When they become brown, add onions. Saute till onion become brown.
Add mutton and cook well on a low flame.
Add curd/yoghurt, tomato, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 15 minutes.
When mutton becomes tender,
garnish with coriander and green chilli.
:- Serve with Roti , Nan or Rice.
