Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Grapes Black ones
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 3 nos Cardamom powdered, Elakka
  • 2 - Cloves Grambu
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Karugapatta

Instructions
 

  • Boil grapes in 2 1/2 glass of water.
  • Keep it overnight.
  • Next day, grind it in a mixer or squeeze it with your hands.
  • Remove the skin and extract the juice.
  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Add sugar and make it thick.
  • Add cloves, powdered cardamom and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Add the juice to it.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Keep in refrigerator.
  • :- Serve chilled.
