Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Small mangoes not so sour
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Curd Not sour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 - Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Manga Kichadi, clean the mangoes well and cut them into tiny pieces.
  • Put chilly powder and salt to it and mix well. (just like marinating)
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Crackle mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add this to the mixture of mangoes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Add curd to this mixture and mix well.
  • Tasty Manga Kichadi is ready.
