Manga Perukku
A tangy kichadi made with mangoes, curd and coconut- Ramya V

- 1 no Mango yellow, but not fully ripe
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 3 tbsp Coconut
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Salt As reqd
For seasoning:-
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
Grind together coconut, mustard and green chillies.
Mix together grated mango, curd and coconut paste.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add dry red chilly and curry leaves and saute for a second.
Add the above seasoning into the curry.
