Aate Ke Ladoo

Do you want to try a simple yet healthy sweet for your family within few minutes, then try this Aate ke Ladoo. This is prepared with whole wheat flour, ghee, dry fruits , sugar as main ingredients. As it has dry fruits, it is very healthy for kids. Atta Ka Ladoo is commonly made in every house hold with some variations. It is a simple recipe with few ingredients, but the texture and taste is amazing!

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Ghee Desi
  • 250 gm Wheat flour
  • 100 gm Cashew nuts, Almonds, Raisins(Onakka munthiri) finely chopped, Badam
  • 100 gm Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the ghee in a pan.
  • Add flour and fry, until flour becomes brown.
  • Add sugar and dry fruits and cook for a minute.
  • Turn off the flame and keep aside for 5 - 10 mins.
  • Make small balls off the mixture and shape them into ladoos.
