Mango Shake

Mango Shake is a cool and tempting fruit drink prepared by simply blending ripe mango pieces, milk and sugar. It is one of our favorites during the summers and this makes a great drink for the kids

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Mangoes ripe
  • 1/4 lt Milk
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 10 cubes Ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel mangoes and cut into big pieces.
  • Put the mango pieces and sugar into a juicer and puree.
  • Grind the ice cubes.
  • Add the mango puree, ground ice, milk and ghee and blend them together. :- Top with vanilla ice cream while serving.
