Mango pulp

Cream cheese

Sour cream

Sugar
if extra sugar needs to be added and/or if the mango pulp is unsweetened
Instructions
In 3 cups of boiling water, add 3 packets of gelatine and stir in, until disolved.
In a large vessel, pour an entire can of mango pulp, sour cream, cream cheese and fold it into the pulp.
Once it is well blended, add getatine mixture.
Add sugar, if necessary.
Pour this mixture into the pie crusts and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3 - 4 hours or until firm.
Slice and serve.
:- This recipe is for 3 pies. So if you intend on making just one pie, divide the recipe ingredients by 3.
