Mince meat of beef or lamb

Dry red chilli

Red chilly powder

Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Roast coriander powder in a pan, until a nice aroma comes.
Mix it along with all the other ingredients, except the oil.
Refrigerate this for 30 mins.
Make small balls off this mixture.
Flatten them in your palms.
Deep fry them, till they turn brown.
:- Serve hot with ketchup and Indian breads.
