Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Whisk the wet ingredients in a large bowl to blend.
Stir in the banana and raisins.
Add the dry ingredients and stir, until blended.
:- It is very importent not to over mix the batter.
Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups.
Bake the muffins on the middle rack, until the tops are golden brown.
Insert a toothpick into the center and if it comes out clean, then the muffins are done(approx 25 mins.).
