Instructions
Marinate the chicken with masala for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Saute the onions.
Add the chicken pieces.
Add salt and cook for 5 - 7 mins.
Add brinjal pieces and stir well for 4 - 5 mins.
Add tomato and curry leaves along with 200 ml of water.
Cover and and cook for 10 mins.
:- You can add a tbsp of chilly powder to make it very hot n spicy.
