Ghee
Instructions
Pressure cook dal upto 3 - 4 whistles.
Mash the dal well and keep it aside.
Heat a tsp of ghee.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add asafoetida and saute it.
Add cut tomatoes, curry leaves and green chillies.
Cover and cook, till the tomatoes are done.
Add the mashed dal and mix well.
:- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
