Fenugreek Thepla
Rotis made with wheat flour and fenugreek(methi/uluva) leaves

- 150 gm Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Gram flour Kadalapodi
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves finely chopped, Uluva
- 2 nos Green chillies
- Salt As reqd
- 1/4 tsp Thymol seeds Ajwain/Vaum
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Curd
- Oil for frying
Mix together all the ingredients except for oil for frying.
Add water little by little and knead them well to make a little hard dough.
:- It should not be very hard.
Roll them out into chappathis.
Fry on griddle, on a low fire, till little brown.
Apply oil on both sides and remove from fire, when they become slightly brown on both sides.
