Mix the above ingredients of jamuns to a very smooth dough, without adding water.
Make small balls off the above dough(size of 25 paise coin).
Boil water and sugar in a vessel and stir it, until the sugar melts well with water. Keep on a low flame.
Heat oil in another pan or a kadai.
Fry jamun balls on a low flame, until golden brown.
Put them in the sugar syrup.
Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
Store it in the fridge for about 10 days.
:- You can add cardamom powder too in the sugar syrup. It adds rich flavour to the jamuns.
