Kerala Tuna Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Tuna tinned
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 5 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Coriander leaves A few
  • 2 tbsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves.
  • Add the chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and salt and saute it well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add the fish without water and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Add cumin powder, red chilly powder and turmeric powder and cook it well fo 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with roti and rice.
