Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves.
Add the chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and salt and saute it well.
Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves and saute it for 2 minutes.
Add the fish without water and cook it for 2 minutes.
Add cumin powder, red chilly powder and turmeric powder and cook it well fo 7 to 10 minutes.
Switch off the stove.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with roti and rice.
