Instructions
Pressure cook chopped onions, green chillies and dal, till the dal is cooked.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the cooked ingredients.
Stir for a little while.
Add salt along with enough water for gravy,
: - Or you can have it dry.
Add a spoon of ghee to enhance taste.
:- Just substitute small red beans for dal and another tasty and simple dish is on your table.
