- 12 nos. Chicken pieces(Large)
- 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds powdered Perinjeerakam
- 7 nos. Garlic cloves Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Yogurt/Curd
- 1/2 cup Coconut Grated
- Curry leaves Few
- Salt As reqd
- Oil for frying
Clean the chicken, remove skin, make slashes and keep aside.
Mix together red chilly powder, pepper powder, fennel seeds, garlic, turmeric powder, vinegar and yogurt.
Marinate the chicken with the above mixture and keep aside for 2 or more hours.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Deep fry the chicken, till dark brown.
Finally, fry the coconut and curry leaves, till brown.
Garnish the chicken fry with the above.
