Ingredients
  

For dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Tomato juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill chopped
  • 250 g Spiral pasta cooked, well drained and cooled
  • 5 nos Tomatoes cut into wedges, small, firm & ripe
  • 125 g Black olives
  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 nos White onions peeled and sliced thinly, small

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Spiral Pasta Salad, first mix together the ingredients for dressing; olive oil, vinegar, tomato juice, black pepper and fresh dill in screw top jar. Shake until well mixed.
  • Place pasta in a large bowl. Stir in dressing, tomatoes, olives, cheese and onions.
  • Mix gently to combine. :- Serve Spiral Pasta Salad on a large serving plate.
