Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Beef
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 nos Onions cut long
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1" piece Ginger minced
  • 2 nos Garlic pods minced
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 2 stems Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 stems Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Beef Pepper Fry, first mix together beef with chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt and pressure cook.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions till brown in colour.
  • Add green chilly cut lengthwise.
  • Add coriander powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, ginger and garlic and fry well.
  • When a nice aroma comes, add the cooked beef.
  • Fry till the water evaporates.
  • Garnish Beef Pepper Fry with coriander leaves.
