Tender Coconut Pudding Easy
Pudding made with coconut and condensed milk
Ingredients
- 2 cups Tender cocount pulp
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Fresh milk
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- Dates for garnishing, chopped
- Cashewnuts for garnishing, chopped
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients with gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of hot water.
- Pour in serve cups and refrigerate.
- Garnish with chopped dates and cashew nuts.
