Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mince Meat
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Fried channa Kadala
  • 2 bunches Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 of Coconut
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer, grind the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, garam masala, coconut and the fried channa to a fine paste. Do not add water while grinding.
  • To this mixture, add the meat and mix it well.
  • On medium heat, add the meatballs in a non stick pan with some water and salt. Leave it on, till all the water dries up.
  • Fry the meat balls in oil on medium heat till golden brown.
  • :- Serve hot.
