Ghee Rice Easy

Rice cooked in rich ghee

Ingredients
  

  • Raw rice(Pachhari)
  • Peas
  • Potato
  • Beans
  • Carrots
  • Cumin Seeds(Jeerakam)
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Soak raw rice in water for 1/2 hour.
  • Place ghee(about 2 tbsps) on a tava and roast the soacked rice.
  • Add the cut vegetables.
  • Add enough salt and water and keep in microwave for around 20 mins.
  • Roast jeera in lots of ghee.
  • Pour this over rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot.
