Curry with gram flour and vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gram flour Kadalapodi/Besan
  • 2 nos Onions
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 2 nos Garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • For seasoning:
  • 3 tbp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Roast the gram flour in a pan till it gets golden brown.
  • Cut onions, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add all the seasoning ingredients. When they splutter, add chillies, curry leaves, garlic and turmeric powder.
  • Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
  • Lastly, add besan, chilly powder, salt and little water. Stir continuously with no lumps and simmer for few more minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with Bhakari(jowar roti).
