Roast the gram flour in a pan till it gets golden brown.
Cut onions, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add all the seasoning ingredients. When they splutter, add chillies, curry leaves, garlic and turmeric powder.
Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
Lastly, add besan, chilly powder, salt and little water. Stir continuously with no lumps and simmer for few more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
