For grinding:

Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them (except capsicum).
Grind all the ingredients by adding very little water.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add ground masala and fry well. Keep frying till oil separates from masala.
Add all cooked vegetables and little water. Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.
Before removing from fire, add paneer cubes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and onions. :- Serve hot.
