For seasoning:

Instructions
Cut onions and green chillies into long, thin pieces.
Cook potatoes, peel and mash coarsely.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add all the ingredients for seasoning one by one. When it splutters, add onions. Fry till it becomes translucent.
Add peas and fry for few minutes.
Add mashed potatoes to it.
Add salt, sugar and lime juice. Mix well.
Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
:- Serve with hot Dosas.
