Soosla

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Puffed Rice Kurmura
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 cup Yoghurt/Curd

For seasoning:

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 no Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Black gram Uzhunnuparippu

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Soosla first soak puffed rice in 1/2 cup of water for about 15 minutes.
  • Add salt, cut chillies and yoghurt and mix well. If you need more thin consistency, add more curd or buttermilk.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the ingredients for seasoning.
  • Pour it over the prepared mixture.
  • Garnish with finely cut onions.
  • Enjoy Soosla, a different dish.
