Instructions
Soak tamarind in warm water for 30 minutes.
Squeeze out all the tamarind juice.
Take this juice in a sauce pan and heat it on a medium flame by adding water. It should get the consisitency of a sauce.
Keep stirring and bring it to boil.
Add jaggery, salt and chilly powder.
Heat for few more minutes.
When it becomes thick, turn off heat.
Heat little oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Wait till good smell comes.
Pour it on top of the prepared chutney.
