Instructions
Grind all the ingredients and mix with enough water to cook the duck.
Add enough salt.
Cook the duck in this mixture in a closed container.
Evenly fry the cooked duck in dalda or ghee.
Transfer the duck to a serving dish.
Thicken the gravy in the same skillet and pour around the duck.
