Instructions
Wash rice and soak for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper and cardamoms.
Add cashewnut pieces and simmer for 1 minute.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add mushrooms and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add rice, cabbage, garam masala and salt.
Add water and cover the pan.
Cook on slow flame till rice is done.
:- Serve with hot curry.
