Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Green Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrot cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup French beans cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • ½ tsp Ajinomoto
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Green peas boiled
  • 1 no Tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Wash rice and boil it in salted water without covering.
  • When rice is done, strain it through a strainer and let it cool.
  • Heat oil in a vessel or kadai.
  • Fry the onions slightly.
  • Add carrots, beans and capsicum and continue frying,
  • Add boiled rice along with aji-no-moto, salt, soya sauce and vinegar.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame while continuously stirring it.
  • Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with tomatoes and peas.
  • :- Serve hot.
