Instructions
Boil rice in the normal way.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, Bengal gram, black gram and red chillies.
Break papad into small pieces and fry it in the tadka for 30 seconds.
Add lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder.
Finally, add boiled basmati rice and mix well.
