Sieve the baking powder, salt and maida together.
Melt the butter and add it to this.
Mash it with your palm for about 15 minutes till it becomes fluffy.
Add black cumin seeds or kala jeera.
Make a well in the center of maida mixture and put milk, curd and spread fresh yeast on it.
When the yeast starts bubbling, knead the mixture to make a slightly elastic dough. Keep it aside for 5-6 hours.
Make 10-12 balls off the dough and make slightly thick rotis.
Grill it in tandoor and polish with butter.
