Semolina Pizza

Pizza made with Semolina(Rava/Sooji)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Semolina Rava/Sooji
  • Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • Black pepper As reqd
  • 3 tsp Curd
  • 1-2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped or grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together semolina and water and make a batter of it.
  • Add salt, black pepper, curd, coriander and green chillies to the batter. 3)Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add a little of the batter to make a moderately thick pancake. Do not make it too thin. Reduce heat. 5)Take the chopped vegetables and sprinkle them on top of the pancake. With your hand or a spatula, press them lightly so that they go a little inside the surface of the cooking pancake. 6)Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • After that toss the pancake and cook the other side. Press lightly with spatula so that the vegetables on the other side are cooked well. 8)After 2-3 mins, change the side again so that vegetables on pizza are on the top.
  • Sprinkle a little black pepper and coriander on top. :- Serve with chillie sauce or tabasco sauce. :- Makes 4-5 Pizzas.
