Onion Spinach Pakoda

Onion Spinach Pakoda, a yummy evening snack made with gram flour. This is a very quick recipe and kids will enjoy the onion spinach pakoda.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram flour Kadalamavu
  • 1/2 kg Onion
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 stems Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Spinach As reqd, Paalak/Cheera
  • 10 nos Cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onions, chillies, spinach and the curry leaves finely.
  • Add to it the gram flour, salt and cashewnuts.
  • Mix together to make it into a mixture and leave it for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized balls or pieces.
  • Deep fry till it turns golden brown.
