Gobi Ke Poori

Gobi Ke Poori is an excellent dish for Gobi lovers out there. Complete deviation from usual routine, Gobi Ke Poori makes a delicious and complete meal very satisfying for stomach. Cauliflower is nutritious providing essential nutrients for human body and this is great way to imbibe the lovely vegetable. Stuffed pooris are unique and can be served for mini parties too. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated cauliflower
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix together wheat flour, grated cauliflower, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilly, cumin seeds and required salt.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil and knead it to make a smooth dough with required water. Note that the mixture is not watery otherwise rolling out becomes difficult.
  • Pluck out small balls and roll into pooris.
  • Deep fry Gobi Ke Poori in hot oil.
  • :-Serve with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup. Any spicy side dish will make an excellent combination.
  • Enjoy Gobi Ke Poori...a nutritious complete meal.
