Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Ricotta cheese
  • 150 gm Mozerella cheese
  • 1 bottle Lasagna Sauce ready made

To make the sauce:-

  • 200 gm Spinach
  • 7 tsp Oregano
  • Salt As reqd
  • 6 nos Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Tomato paste canned
  • 6 nos Garlic pods
  • 6 tsp Pepper
  • 6 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 4 - Parsley dried or fresh
  • 10 nos Basil leaves preferred fresh

Instructions
 

  • Heat some olive oil in a pot.
  • Add the onions and saute`.
  • When they turn golden brown, add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Now add the other seasonings & spinach along with the tomato paste and the cut tomatoes.
  • Add 2 cups of water and simmer the gravy in low heat for about 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Now take a 1.5 inches (round) (oven safe) and coat the vessel with 1 tsp of olive oil.
  • Start layering with the pasta strips at the very bottom followed by generous helping of sauce and then the Ricotta cheese followed by one thin layer of Mozerella.
  • Continue the same order until it reaches the top of the vessel.
  • Finally, top it with the Lasagna strips and pour the excess sauce on it.
  • Keep them in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • :-Double the amount of sauce and ingredients for bigger pans.
  • :-Serve them hot with good red wine.
