Instructions
Soak the grains and pulses for 4 hours or more.
Wash and grind them together with all the ingredients except oil. :-No need to ferment the batter.
Heat a pan and pour little oil
Pour batter and make it to a round shape with a spatula.
Cook both sides :-Serve with coconut chutney.
