Chia Mint Lime

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 nos. Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Ssoak in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 no. Lemon Remove seeds and outer skin.
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and add lemon and mint leaves. Give a crush.
  • Next add sugar and ice cubes. Pour water and blend it for 1 minutes. Pour it through a strainer.
  • Take juice glasses and add 1 tbsp chia seed into each glass.
  • Pour juice over that and serve immediately.
