Malabar Pazham Varattiyathu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no. Ripe plantain
  • 2 nos. Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Cut the plantain into round shapes. Heat oil in a kadai and add banana into it.
  • Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
  • Fry cashew nuts and raisins also.
  • Heat ghee in a pan. Beat the eggs with sugar and pour it into the pan.
  • Scramble the eggs.
  • Combine scrambled egg, fried banana, cashew and raisins together and serve it along with a cup of tea. Enjoy!
