Cut the plantain into round shapes. Heat oil in a kadai and add banana into it.
Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
Fry cashew nuts and raisins also.
Heat ghee in a pan. Beat the eggs with sugar and pour it into the pan.
Scramble the eggs.
Combine scrambled egg, fried banana, cashew and raisins together and serve it along with a cup of tea. Enjoy!
