Heat oil In a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add dried Red chilly and curry leaves.
Immediately add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Then add salt, garam masala and chicken masala. Saute for 30 seconds to get rid of the raw smell. Then add chopped tomato, green chilly and saute till it becomes soft.
Now add eggs and scramble it.
Finally add crushed leftover puttu and mix well. Turn off the flame.
