Instructions
Cook green gram by adding turmeric powder and salt as required in enough water.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add sliced onion. Saute till it becomes soft and light brown in colour.
Add chopped tomato, green chilly and saute for few minutes.
Add cooked green gram.
Mix well, adjust the salt and remove it from the flame.
Serve it along with puttu or chappathi.
