No Bake Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 80 ml Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk powder
  • Chopped Almonds For garnishing
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 8 nos. Bread slices

For soaking bread:

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take the ingredients under soaking bread. Dissolve 2 tbsp sugar in 250 ml milk for soaking bread. Keep this aside.
  • Meanwhile take a bowl and add 80ml medium hot milk and stir in the milk powder into it. Mix well without lumps.
  • Add 1/4 cup sugar and combine well. Keep this aside. Now the consistency should become smooth and thick. If the mixture is thinner add some more milk powder. If the mixture becomes too thick, add little more milk to get the correct consistency.
  • Now take a pudding tray, dip each bread slice in the previously prepared milk sugar mixture and layer it on the tray.
  • Pour half of previously prepared creamy milk powder mixture on top of it. Again layer one more milk dipped bread slices on top of it. Pour remaining creamy mixture on top. Garnish with some chopped almond nuts and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  • Enjoy the delicious bread dessert.
