Broccoli Corn Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Brocolli Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Corn
  • 1 No. Carrot Sliced
  • 5 Nos. Beans Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the veggies: broccoli, carrot and beans, except cucumber, in very hot water. Keep it for 5 minutes and drain it.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add the drained veggies, salt, pepper powder and oregano. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut the cucumber into small pieces and place in a plate. Finally, add the sautéed veggies over cucumber and mix well.
  • Healthy Broccoli Corn Salad is ready now.
