Ghee
Instructions
Dry roast the amritham podi for 7-10 minutes in low to medium flame. Roast till aromatic.
Then turn off the flame and add grated coconut and 2 tbsp melted ghee.
Add crushed or powdered jaggery and mix it very well with your hand and shape them into laddoos.
Amritham Podi Laddoo is ready now.
