Cook the chicken by adding 1 tsp pepper powder and salt as required. Remove the bones and shred the chicken along with paneer with the help of a food processor. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and onion. Saute till it becomes soft.
Then add all masala powders and salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
Now add the shredded chicken and paneer.
Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 5-10 minutes in low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
Fill in each sheet or rolled dough with samosa filling. Seal the sides with water. Heat oil & fry the samosas till nice & golden.
