Mango Pulp

Ingredients
  

  • 5 - 8 Nos. Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 No. Lemon
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into pieces (remove the seed and discard it).
  • Grind the mango pieces nicely.
  • Heat a Cheenachatti/Frying Pan and transfer the mango paste into this Cheenachatti/Frying pan. Boil the paste in low flame and stir it continuously till all water gets evaporated. Generally, this procedure will take about 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Before the water gets evaporated fully, cut the Lemon and add the lemon juice and salt into this mixture.
  • When water is fully evaporated and the mango paste turns into pulp form, put off the stove and allow to cool the mix well. Mango Pulp is ready.
  • Change this Mango Pulp into clean and dry glass jar/bottle and store it in the refrigerator. This pulp can be used to prepare Mango Shake/Mango Juice etc. adding other required ingredients accordingly.
  • If this pulp is stored properly we can use it for many days.
